Connections Between Buses and Trains
Timetables are organized so that you will be able to change between buses and trains, but be sure to allow yourself a sufficient margin. If you are uncertain about your connection, contact the bus driver or train attendant.
Between arriving and departing regional buses or to/from the trains there will be at least 10 minutes at Uppsala Resecentrum. If you come from the direction of Gävle the change time to the SL commuter train is 6 minutes. If you come from the direction of Stockholm the change time to the Mälartåg train is 5 minutes.
Other stations along the Mälartåg train route
There should be at least 3 minutes at the stations in Tierp and Skyttorp. At the other stops changes may take place with a smaller time difference, but please allow a bigger margin if possible.

- Skyttorp: line 823 to Österbybruk.
- In Tierp: lines 510/511 go to Karlholm/Skärplinge, line 516 to Söderfors, line 518 to Skutskär if the difference between the Mälartåg train and bus is at least 3 minutes.
- Skutskär: line 501 to Österbybruk.
