The following conditions apply when ordering UL tickets from the website with payment by invoice.

§ 1. Personal data security
UL is responsible for processing the data provided by the customer when ordering UL’s annual travel card.

The information provided by the customer, such as name, address, zip code, phone number and e-mail address, will be used to confirm your order and complete the sale of the UL tickets to the customer through this website and to subsequently provide about matters concerning ordering for payment by invoice.

Under Swedish law, only persons 18 years of age or older may place an order online. This law also applies to the purchase of UL tickets.

UL makes use of technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data. As a purchaser, you are entitled to receive information on the processing of your data and to have incorrect information corrected. If the company would like information or to have data corrected, the company can contact UL at one of the address or phone numbers given below.

§ 2. Payment
UL will bill the purchaser for ordered tickets at the agreed price, as specified on the invoice. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be charged along with penalty interest pursuant to Swedish law.

§ 3. Delivery
We will send ordered tickets to the purchaser’s registered address within no more than 5 business days from receipt of the order. If the start date is far into the future, the ticket will be sent within 14 days of the selected date.

§ 4. Return policy
The statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59) does not apply to contracts for transportation. For this reason, the purchase of UL tickets does not confer any right of withdrawal. See § 5 below for UL's rules regarding refunds.

§ 5. Errors, delays, refunds and lost cards
If the delivered product is not as ordered or in case of delay, please contact us at 0771-14 14 14.

Lost or defective cards will be replaced free of charge after the loss/defect has been reported via or by phone to UL Customer Service. Read more about our loss guarantee under our general terms and conditions of purchase.

§ 6. Misuse
In the event of misuse, UL reserves the right to ban a person from further use of the service.

§ 7. Other
UL reserves the right to perform a credit check to ensure the purchaser’s creditworthiness.
