UL ticket via direct debit
For frequent travelers, direct debit ("autogiro") is a convenient way to pay for your period ticket. You pay for 10 months, and get every 11th and 12th month payment-free. You only need to make sure that there is coverage in your account on the 27th of each month when the direct debit is to be drawn. Your ticket will be valid until you cancel your direct debit.
Different types of tickets
The ticket paid via direct debit is a period ticket and is available in two price levels: adult price and discounted price.
The ticket is not a personal ticket, so if you want you can lend it to someone else who belongs to the same category (adult/discounted). When you travel with a ticket at a discounted price, you need to be able to prove your right to travel at the discounted price, read more in the terms and conditions below.
The price for a UL ticket via direct debit is the same as the price for a 30-day ticket. Current prices can be found in the menu under the heading Tickets.
Applying for direct debit
The easiest way to apply is to fill out the online application form with e-ID, via the link below. If you do not have e-ID, you can instead submit your application on a printed form which you can find below. Your application needs to be provided to us no later than the 15th of the month before the ticket is to start.
Loss guarantee
We keep track of which UL card your ticket is on. If you lose your card, contact UL Customer Service at 0771-14 14 14, and we will block your lost card and send you a new one. The new card is free of charge, but you will have to pay for tickets that you buy while waiting for the new card.
