What happens then?
A new school card is sent out to your official registered home address within seven weekdays. During this time you/the child must pay for their travel themselves.
Note that you/the child’s name but be on the postbox or door in order for the school card to reach you. It is your municipality which submits information to us about where the card should be sent.
You can not make a new loss report before 14 days after your notification.
Summer - new school year
As of May 31, we will close the loss report and will not send out any additional replacement cards for the 2016/2017 academic year. The application for the new school resorts for the autumn term 2017 will open on 21 August 2017.
Christmas and New Year
We don’t send out any replacement cards during Christmas and new Year. All notifications will be received and sent by post on januari 4 2018.
