Information about direct debit

Direct debit will be discontinued

The direct debit service will be discontinued in 2024. If you have a ticket via direct debit, it will be active until you cancel it, or at the latest until December 2024.

The only thing you need to do is to make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the 27th of each month. The transaction is listed as a normal transaction in your account and is easy to verify.

The UL ticket is valid for unlimited travel within the UL service. It is transferable, but can only be used by one person at a time.

Worth knowing

Important Dates

15th every month: Break date for cancellations and changes.

27th each month: Assuming that the 27th is not included on a holiday, the first attempt is made to withdraw money from your bank account. Then there are three further attempts. If the 27th is on a holiday the attempt will be done the next weekday.

31 December 2024: The direct debit will be discontinued as a payment method for UL tickets.
