Conditions of Use for online purchases with Upplands Lokaltrafik (UL) Regiontrafiken

These conditions apply to the purchase of UL cards at www.ul.se online. 

Personal data security
UL is responsible for processing the personal information you provide in connection with ordering and paying for your UL card.

The personal data you provide about yourself and, where applicable, your children, such as name, address, zip code, telephone number, email address and bank details are used to confirm your purchase and the complete the sale of UL cards to you through this website.

Swedish law requires that only persons 18 years of age and older may place an order online. This law also applies to the purchase of the UL cards.

UL makes use of technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data. The company has the right to obtain information about how company data is processed, and to request that incorrect data be corrected. If you wish to request information or data correction, contact UL at the addresses or phone numbers given below.

Payment
To purchase UL card via ul.se you need access to a computer with Internet access. You can pay your card with VISA, MasterCard, Debit card or Diners. We do not accept American Express. 

Delivery time
We will send the card to your home address within 4 business days of receipt of order (except major holidays, in which case delivery time is 6 business days receipt of your order).

Confirmation
Once payment is approved, a confirmation of your screen. We also send a confirmation to the email address you provided when ordering.

Return policy
The statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59) does not apply to contracts for transportation; therefore the purchase of the UL Company card does not confer any right of withdrawal. See the link to UL's refund conditions below.

Errors, delays, refunds and lost cards
If a card contains incorrect information or is delayed in arrival, we ask that you contact us by phone at 018-65 99 00 or by writing to:

UL is not responsible for indirect losses except in the event of gross negligence. In other words, if you suffer indirect losses UL will compensate you for these only if UL is guilty of gross negligence.

Misuse
In the event of misuse, UL may prohibit any person from further use of this service.

Contract
If you complete a purchase, you give your consent for:
• UL to record the details you provide on the form
• UL to record data about your bank
