Tickets & Fares

UL fares and tickets are valid on Upptåget.

If you are traveling to Upplands Väsby you will need an SL ticket,
either a single ticket or card, regardless of whether Upplands Väsby is your final destination
or if you will be transferring to an SL commuter train or bus.

SJ Annual Passes, Silver and Gold, are valid on Upptåget;
however, this applies to the UL leg only.

Single ticket
If you are only traveling on one single occasion. You can buy single tickets at the regular price from Upptåget train attendants.

If the trip goes to Upplands Väsby, the SL ticket is included
in the ticket purchased from the train attendant.

Crossing fee at Arlanda
For travel to and from Arlanda, a separate fee must be paid to cross the barrier at the entrance to Sky City.
Adult SEK 60
Children/Youth SEK 40
If you purchase your single ticket to Arlanda aboard Upptåget, the barrier fee is included in the ticket price.

If you are traveling to the airport on one single occasion and have a Temporary card (without Arlanda supplement), a 10-trip card, Youth Card or Senior Card, redeem the crossing ticket in the machine located at the barrier.

Commuters are encouraged to purchase a temporary card with an Arlanda supplement.

Bicycle
(except to/from Arlanda)
Bicycles are permitted on board Upptåget weekdays 9:00-15:00, after 19:00 and weekends.
Max 2 bicycles per trip.
Price: 40 SEK/bicycle
