"I come from an industry where we use technology as the basis for creating customer advantage for the operator. At Upplands Lokaltrafik, this is taken one step forward and used for the passengers' best advantage. There are a great deal of similarities between the branches, but I have a lot learn in the days ahead" says Klas.
" I understand that UL is a highly competent organization, one which has seen major changes in recent years. We will build on the successes UL has attained and continue to develop operations by focusing on and creating value for the customer. We must work together with our contractors to further increase quality, reliability and the level of service, which are necessary factors for us to earn our passengers' appreciation," says Klas.
We are delighted to have Klas Wåhlberg joining us Upplands Lokaltrafik. We are confident that with Klas Wåhlberg as CEO, Upplands Lokaltrafik will continue the positive development that the company has shown in recent years, while expanding our operations and range of services," says Agneta Gille, member of Parliament (s) and chairman of Upplands Lokaltrafik.
