Group travel for regional buses and Upptåget
Groups of at least ten people wishing to travel on regional buses or Upptåget can book a group trip. You will then receive one convenient ticket for the entire group, and in many cases, the chance to receive a lower price.
Compulsory schools and pre-school classes in Uppsala county also have the option of booking a culture trip. For more information on criteria and destinations, visit the County Council's website ( http://www.lul.se/templates/page____5161.aspx ). When booking, select Culture Trip and indicate your desired destination.
Important Information
- Group travel and cultural trips must be booked at least 5 business days in advance.
- Trips take place on a space-permitting basis on ordinary scheduled services.
- The Group Travel ticket must always be brought along on the trip.
How do I book a group trip?
To book a group trip, fill out the form below. Once UL receives the reservation, an assessment will be made as to whether the trip is possible based on the current timetable and then we will contact you to inform you whether or not the reservation has been approved. Once everything is ready, we mail the group ticket to you, unless you prefer to pick it up yourself at the counter in the UL Center at Uppsala Central Station.
