The Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204) entered into force in October 1998 and applies with full effect as of October 1, 2001. 2. Information and consent
By filling out online forms, entering registration information or otherwise providing personal data to UL, you thereby consent to the following terms and conditions for personal data processing. UL processes personal data in order to fulfill UL's obligations to you as a user of UL's services, and to maintain good customer and registry management. The data may also be used to create customized information and for other marketing purposes. Furthermore, your personal data may be disclosed to UL's partners for processing, in some cases even outside the EEA, in order to provide the requested services or in order to offer you services for marketing purposes. UL may also disclose or completely hand over personal data and registries to a third party if the third party takes over UL's operations in full or in part.
UL may process without special consent personal data such as name, address, email address, telephone number or other information needed in order for UL to provide its services.
