Travel Guarantee
Effectively February 19, 2010 UL has modified its travel guarantee so that it also applies in some circumstances to problems that are outside of UL's control.
However, there are certain exceptions where the travel guarantee does not apply:
■ If the trip is canceled due to strike or other industrial dispute
■ If all train traffic is canceled due to major blackout
■ If virtually all road and rail traffic is stopped due to weather conditions
■ Planned disruption and cancellation of bus and train services announced by UL on our website ul.se no later than 15:00 the day prior
The change entails that the travel guarantee applies to "normal" inclement weather.

Our promise to you is to keep to the times stated in our timetable. In most cases we can fulfill this promise, but we have a travel guarantee to compensate passengers on the rare occasions we fail.
Our guarantee means that we will compensate you if you risk being more than 20 minutes late to your destination.
