Effective January 1, 2010, the escort service will come under Jernhusen's auspices. Once this happens, escort services can be booked by calling UL Customer Service at telephone 0771-141414. 

The following conditions apply when booking escort services:

- Bookings must be made 24 hours prior to the intended travel time
- Cancellation must take place no later than 12 hours prior to the intended travel time
- Passengers must be at the meeting place no later than 30 min before the train's departure time

Please note that escort services are only available between two trains and/or between the meeting place and the train or vice versa.
