Boarding and getting off

The bus may not come to a stop between bus stops to let passengers on or off. Indicate well ahead of time when you would like to get off. All exit doors are automatic. Once the bus stopped at the stop, the doors will automatically open and then close a few seconds after passengers have disembarked. The doors have a "sensing edge" to prevent passengers and objects from getting trapped. If you get caught in the doors, the doors will re-open without injuring you.

Strollers
For safety reasons, do not block the aisles with your stroller.

Inline skates
You may not wear inline skates aboard buses.

Payment - travel
Keep your ticket throughout entire trip for transfer and inspection purposes. Any departure from the stopping counts as a new trip, and a valid ticket must be presented. If you have no ticket or an invalid ticket at the time of inspection, you must pay a new fee, and a prescribed surcharge. You must present the ticket to the driver when transferring. The ticket is valid for unlimited travel within a 90- minute period.

If you pay by SMS, you are responsible for presenting a valid ticket on your mobile phone. You must purchase the ticket before boarding. Save the text message throughout the entire trip; you will need to show your SMS ticket again during an inspection.

Coordinated traffic
Everyday except Saturday, traffic on certain routes will be coordinated at 05:25, 06:00 and 06:25 (routes marked with "S").
Buses will wait for each other for up to 3 minutes after the scheduled departure time.

Force majeure
For delays or trips that are canceled due to labor disputes, extreme weather or other causes as UL / City buses can not influence, does not guarantee travel.
